Who we are
Quality and detail, project after project.
We are Constructora Inmobiliaria Molina, a family-owned company building in the Dominican Republic since 1992.
Since then we have worked continuously with one focus: quality and detail. We develop and build urban homes, medical towers and commercial spaces, and we take part in every step of the design alongside the architects. Our portfolio includes Torre Profesional Corazones Unidos, the Laurel II and III towers, Icon Mirador, Unitower, Residencial Castellana, Villas Palmares and Hatuey 208, among others.
We believe in teamwork, attention to detail and customer care, values we have built day by day for more than three decades. Today we are reinventing ourselves with Trevo Tower, Trevo Residences, Bolívar 1010 and Humanity Med Group, with the same care as our first projects.
